Privacy Policy

Ryedore Inc. — Last updated February 2026

01.Scope and Definitions

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Ryedore Inc. ("Seller") through our website, demo requests, contact forms, and business interactions. "Products" refers to self-learning, asset intelligence and predictions data and predictions provided by Ryedore. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of all Ryedore Products and Services.

02.Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including: contact details (name, email, company, phone) when you fill out forms, request demos, or submit investor inquiries; account information when you create a Ryedore platform account; payment and billing information for subscription management; communications you send to us via email, phone, or support channels. We do NOT collect, access, or process your operational data — with on-premises deployment, all sensor data, predictions, and model outputs remain entirely within your infrastructure.

03.Data Sovereignty & On-Premises Deployment

Ryedore is deployed exclusively on-premises within your own data center or private infrastructure. This means: all operational data, sensor readings, predictions, and model weights remain within your physical infrastructure perimeter; no operational data is transmitted to Ryedore servers or any third-party cloud; you maintain complete control over data retention, access, and deletion; the platform supports air-gapped environments with zero external dependencies. Limited, non-operational usage telemetry (e.g., feature usage counts, error logs) may be collected with your explicit consent to improve the platform.

04.Title to Products & Licensing

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, title to Products supplied to Customer by Ryedore shall remain with Ryedore Inc. Customer has a license to use Products received from Ryedore, only so long as Customer is current with payments owed to Seller. This licensing model ensures that Ryedore retains intellectual property rights while granting you full operational use of the Products within your infrastructure.

05.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our Services and Products; process transactions and send related communications; respond to your inquiries and support requests; send you marketing communications (with your consent); analyze usage patterns to improve our platform; comply with legal obligations. We will never use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.

06.Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information only: with service providers who assist in operating our business (subject to confidentiality agreements); when required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to protect our rights, safety, or property; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice to you). Any such sharing is subject to the complete Agreement between the parties as described in our Terms and Conditions.
