- What can I buy today? Is anything free?
- Nothing on this page is free and we run no pilots or trials; the tier named Pilot is a paid entry tier on the price list. Pilot (up to 40 assets) and Small Site (up to 150 assets) are available now. Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Strategic are time‑phased through 2026–2027 and are not quoted before general availability without founder approval; the badge on each tier tells you its status.
- Can I test it before I buy?
- Yes — yourself. Download the signed evidence bundle and the open harness, verify the signature, reproduce the published numbers and run the same tests on your own data on your own machines. Ryedore does nothing on your behalf; see Run the audit.
- Is pricing per asset?
- No. Each tier is a Year‑1 total made of six components — platform fee, site deployment, per‑asset add‑on above the cap, compute & experimentation, professional services, and an annual license fee. Overage applies only above the tier’s asset cap.
- What are the contract terms?
- Three‑year initial term by default; +5 % annual escalator; multi‑year discounts of 8 % (3‑yr), 14 % (5‑yr), 20 % (7‑yr); Net 30 with 50 % of Year 1 prepaid at signing.
- Which tier is right for us?
- Size by assets and sites, not by ambition: one site with up to 40 critical assets is the entry tier; up to 150 on one site is Small Site; one to three sites is Standard; multi‑site with compliance packs is Professional or Enterprise. If you are unsure, run the audit on one machine first — the tier conversation is easier with your own numbers on the table.
- Can we buy a tier that isn’t generally available yet?
- Not without founder approval. The availability badge on each tier is binding: we do not quote a tier before it is generally available. What you can do today is start on an available tier and step up when the next one ships — every tier receives model improvements the same way.
- What does procurement look like, end to end?
- Verify first, sign second: run the audit bundle on your own machine, send us your security questionnaire (we answer with the certification register’s real statuses), agree the tier and the contract terms above, then the five deployment steps on this page run inside your network — survey, read‑only integration, baseline learning, first gated predictions, flywheel. No step sends plant data to Ryedore.
- We can’t trial it — how do we de‑risk the purchase?
- The audit replaces the trial: the signed evidence bundle, the published losses, and the harness you can point at your own data — before any contract. That is deliberately stronger than a vendor‑run pilot, because every step of it runs on your side and none of it depends on us behaving well.
